This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a beautiful indoor pool. I'll never forget how the staff helped me recover my headphones during my first visit. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Consider asking for a room on a higher floor to avoid noise from guests above you.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially being just a few steps from the lively Artizan Gallery and less than a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Royal Terrace Gardens, which made my city strolls delightful and full of surprises.

Staff were friendly, always smiling and helpful. The indoor pool was amazing, we spent tons of time enjoying it despite the kids running around everywhere.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

missingWrote a review on Sept 17dated rooms
The rooms are in dire need of updates. many are dated and lacking basic maintenance, with old mattresses that are uncomfortable. Some bathrooms show signs of neglect, like mouldy tiles and old fixtures that can make you feel questionable about cleanliness. Parking isn’t specified, and arriving only to find additional charges can be irritating, especially when previously advertised options conflict with the reality. The reception area has water stains and ripped chairs, which might not set the right tone upon arrival. From personal experience, the lift could use some serious attention as it creaks, and the doors don't close properly, making you feel it could break down at any moment.

Great family-friendly facilities!
We had a wonderful time enjoying the indoor pools and games room, which were perfect for our kids. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options available, making our mornings enjoyable. Although the room felt a bit dated, it was clean and well-maintained. It would be great if they could upgrade some of the furnishings to enhance the experience further.

The pools were a highlight of our stay. They looked stunning and were well-maintained. The entertainment was quite enjoyable, especially the nightly shows which kept us entertained during our evenings. The staff were attentive and responsive in accommodating our requests, making our experience more pleasant. the cleanliness of our room fell short. There was visible dust, and the fixtures felt very dated. Noise levels were an issue as well, with sounds from neighboring rooms often disrupting our sleep. The parking situation was chaotic and lacked proper signage, which was frustrating. The breakfast options were limited, though what was available was decent. The hotel definitely has potential but needs significant updates and better management of the noise and cleanliness issues.

The Standard Twin Room was decent but felt a bit dated. Beds weren’t the comfiest, and I wished for better ventilation, especially since it was so hot. Cleanliness was good, but the room setup was just okay. It didn’t ruin the stay but it's something to consider if you want a cozy retreat. A fan was provided, which helped, but still could have been better overall.
